The In-N-Out Burger Food Safety & Quality Assurance Team has an excellent opportunity for a Quality Control Supervisor
, located in Chino, CA!

The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor is responsible for all Food Safety, Regulatory and Quality Assurance programs and all the associates that contribute to these initiatives within the establishment.

This role’s primary responsibility is to lead and guide the Quality Control department in the accomplishment of the company’s overall goals. The position provides leadership and communication through coaching, mentoring and training; and to ensure that the implementation, monitoring and documentation of all company food safety, quality and sanitation standards, programs and procedures are performed.

The Quality Control Supervisor also works collaboratively with key partners such as the Warehouse, Procurement, Meat and Spread operations and FSQA teams to ensure effective management and execution of food safety protocols. He/She is expected to perform all duties with pride and craftmanship and to work well in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.

* This role is based full time in office*

• Providing leadership and communications through coaching, mentoring and training within a food production facility
• Implementing, monitoring and documenting all company food safety, quality and sanitation standards, programs and procedures, e.g. HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, SPS, Food Defense, Supplier, PIP, product specifications, pest control and pre-requisite
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable USDA-FSIS and FDA regulations as well as serving as liaison to field operations officials
• Working closely with Production, Maintenance, Sanitation and Laboratory management to ensure that food safety, quality and sanitation outcomes are achieved
• Assembling and critically assessing establishment data to foster peer awareness and a proactive establishment Food Safety and Product Quality culture
• Understanding and minimizing process control deviations and product exposure through root cause and trend analysis, continuous improvement strategies and/or internal/external feedback
• Managing special projects that impact product quality, food safety and/or sanitation
• Conducting product and environmental sampling protocols for warehouse, meat and spread operations
• Oversees the department safety programs
• Responsible in completing or delegating to a trained associate required tasks and responsibilities
• Perform all managerial duties with pride and craftmanship while fostering a culture of teamwork, cooperation, safety, product quality and wholesomeness
• Tuesday to Saturday, off Sunday and Monday (varies based on production volume and staffing schedules); sometimes can be a six day schedule
• Weekends and nights as needed
• Hourly Pay Range: $47.73/hour - $54.86/hour
