• Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members, assisting with account decisions, building membership levels, encouraging renewals, and promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Provide Customer/Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain the team and area of responsibility by cleaning, organizing the gas station and car wash area, and ensuring accurate pricing signage.
• Handle claims, returns, and product ordering; zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise supplies, identify shrink and damage, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility; organize and maintain the facility by following company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, completing and retaining required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
• Operate and maintain gas station/car wash area equipment and provide products and services to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
