Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet Membership goals. Maintains facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials properly, adhering to company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Processes Member Fax, n Pull, and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners;

identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; and adapts and learns from change and feedback. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes and practices.
