Communicates and explains Membership types programs and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions and promote Sams Club products and services;
Provides Customer Member service by acknowledging Customer Member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving Customer Member issues and concerns;
Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash/gas station area and ensuring accurate pricing signage;
Operates equipment and processes customer purchases at cash registers for different payment types;
Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies, organizes facility, and completes required paperwork and logs.
