Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies and procedures, including safety sweeps and handling requirements;
Ensure Tire and Battery Center sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised per policies;
Monitor tire and battery orders and assist members with installation appointments;
Provide expert member service and recommendations, greet members, identify needs, assist with purchases and services;
Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC service bays and collaborates with Team Lead/Technicians to meet service needs.
