* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, particularly in the cabinet industry.

* Duties
**

• Base Pay: $18/hour (clock-in)
• Commission:
  Additional commission based on performance
• Overtime Pay: 1.5× hourly rate for overtime hours

* Responsibilities:**

• Handle cabinet-related sales inquiries and provide professional product recommendations
• Work entirely in the office; no outside sales visits required
• Utilize Design 2020 software for customer projects and presentations
• Maintain and expand customer relationships with a large existing client base
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with the internal team to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service

* Requirements:**

• Bilingual:
  English and Spanish
• Proven experience in cabinet or related sales
• Spanish speaker preferred (bilingual English/Spanish strongly desired)
• Proficiency with Design 22 software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

* Experience:**

• Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales can be beneficial.
