Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Sales Rep for a direct hire opportunity in Chino, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building new business, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in a business development and account management environment. The Bilingual Mandarin Sales Rep will focus on identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, supporting existing accounts, and representing the business in the marketplace.

The ideal candidate is confident with cold calling, lead generation, presentations, negotiation, and account development. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Conduct product and service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements while supporting company goals and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by strengthening relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to provide a seamless client experience.
• Track sales activity, meet or exceed quotas, prepare performance reports, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

• Salary: $55,000 per year.
