We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing restaurant supply and wholesale team in Chino, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in merchandise wholesale, restaurant supply, tableware, kitchenware, or related B2B sales.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building customer relationships, driving revenue, managing sales activity, and leading a small sales team. The ideal candidate is customer focused, organized, goal oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced wholesale environment.

Engage with customers to understand their business needs, product preferences, and purchasing goals.

Provide knowledgeable product recommendations for Asian tableware, dinnerware, restaurant supplies, and related merchandise.

Demonstrate product features, benefits, pricing, and availability to customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, wholesalers, distributors, and business customers.

Close sales, meet monthly sales targets, and identify opportunities to increase account revenue.

Lead, support, and motivate a sales team of three.

Maintain an organized and professional sales floor and showroom environment.

Track customer activity, follow up on leads, and support repeat business.

Work closely with management to improve sales strategies, customer service, and team performance.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandise wholesale, restaurant supply, tableware, kitchenware, distribution, or a related sales environment required.

Previous sales management or team leadership experience preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships with business customers and understand their purchasing needs.

Knowledge of sales techniques, customer follow up, and account management.

Comfortable working in a fast paced, in person sales environment.

Goal oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Annual base salary of $60,000 to $80,000, plus commission.
