• As a Leasing Consultant, be the first face prospective residents encounter and demonstrate polished, engaging, and energetic customer service.
• Identify what motivates prospective residents, customize tours, and help them see why they would want to live in the community.
• Work in a high-energy environment, help drive traffic to the community through multiple media sources, and lease apartment homes.

This position offers $21.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits.

• Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position (not required to have prior leasing experience).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with everyone; initiative and ability to close deals; professional appearance and communication.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
• California Driver’s License up to date with car insurance; clean or respectable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
