Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the Sales Support team supporting customer relations and sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Pay Range: $23.00 to $28.00

Shift: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

• Process and manage customer quotes and orders efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales and profitability goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Provide technical specifications and support to customers as needed
• Assist in managing backlog and communicate order status updates to customers

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Technical aptitude and SAP knowledge are a plus
