Your goal is to create meaningful connections with every customer by using personalized sales expertise. • Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
• Operate in a fast‑paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience is required – training and coaching will be provided.

Base hourly pay ranges between $20.45 and $21.4375 per hour, with up to $6,850 in commissions when all sales goals are met. Part‑time Retail Sales Consultants working 20‑24 hours per week earn an average of $30,725 per year in total compensation. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
