Discovering the world one member at a time! As a Travel Consultant you will use your passion for travel to build lasting relationships and provide personalized travel solutions that exceed expectations.

• Sell international and domestic travel packages, including cruises, land packages, itineraries, air, car, and hotel accommodations.
• Share expertise from personal experiences and education study trips.
• Develop long‑standing relationships with members and generate referral and repeat business.
• Provide tailored trip recommendations and cross‑sell relevant products such as AAA Member Rewards Credit Card and identity‑theft protection.
• Meet or exceed sales productivity goals set by the company.

• High school diploma required; 2‑ or 4‑year college degree preferred.
• Pass a comprehensive criminal background check and a thorough urine drug screening.
• Minimum two years of sales experience in a performance‑driven environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Available to work most Saturdays and some evenings.
• Computer‑savvy; proficiency with multiple systems, web browsers, and Microsoft Office (typing at least 30
  
  WPM).
• Organized and comfortable handling paperwork.

• Passion for travel and a desire to share that passion.
• Driven by sales and exceeding goals.
• Comfortable with travel for training and client service.
• Strong relationship building and customer service skills.

• Starting pay of $23.50 per hour with structured training.
• Base salary range: $55,000–$65,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $85,000+through uncapped commissions.
