Inside Sales Representative

The Internal Sales Representative manages day‑to‑day customer engagement, inbound lead qualification, quoting, order processing, and account growth from within the office. This role supports field sales, drives revenue through upselling and cross‑selling, maintains CRM accuracy, and delivers an exceptional customer experience across phone, email, and virtual channels.

Full-time | Monday–Friday

Manufacturing and Distribution

• Engage with inbound leads and existing clients via phone, email, and CRM platforms
• Perform outbound cold calling, emailing, and outreach to generate leads
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity

• At least 3 years of inside sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
