Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit points, observe resident and visitor activity, and support property staff with security-related matters and/or documentation as needed;
Communicate with residents, visitors, property management, and/or local responders regarding incidents, suspicious activity, and other site-related concerns
