• Title: Loss Prevention & Safety Manager
• Location: City of Industry, CA
• Annual Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 plus annual bonus

This position is key to ensuring the resilience, safety, and operational integrity of global warehouse operations. The Global Safety & Loss Prevention Manager continuously refines and elevates the organization’s safety systems by combining global perspectives with local best practices.

• Safety System Development

  Build a Global Standardized Safety Framework by implementing prevention‑first governance, establishing dedicated security teams per overseas warehouse, conducting daily management, monthly safety meetings, frequent inspections, and annual assessments. Develop 36 security management policies across 12 domains such as EHS, fire safety, electrical safety, special equipment, and visitor control. Achieve zero fatal accidents, zero major asset‑loss incidents, and maintain inventory shrinkage ≤0.02%.

• Loss Control System – End‑to‑End Risk Management

  Implement a shrinkage‑prevention lifecycle covering security, dynamic inventory, and supply‑chain collaboration. Use dual‑review inbound/outbound processes, intelligent security‑screening, real‑time monitoring, and audit systems to protect against theft and fraud.

• Audit & Compliance Oversight

  Build risk‑monitoring networks and perform full‑process audits of procurement, contracts, and construction. Conduct compliance reviews, cross‑data analyses, and internal investigations with integrity teams to detect, investigate, rectify, and hold accountable risks.

• Operational Assurance

  Provide comprehensive safety assurance worldwide. Develop personnel‑safety systems covering labor compliance, drug prevention, and emergency response. Manage assets via dynamic inventory, risk assessments, and intelligent monitoring. Coordinate with local governments and law enforcement to maintain a 24/7 global alarm center and support new warehouse launches and incident handling.

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Security, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in safety, security, loss prevention, compliance, or international warehouse operations (international experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EHS, fire safety, asset protection, and operational risk management.
• Experience in auditing, compliance investigations, or risk‑control frameworks.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams and communicate effectively.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Mandarin language ability is a plus.
