Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting observations and communicating concerns to appropriate personnel;
Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities
