Mitigation Technician

The Mitigation Technician is a frontline production role responsible for delivering high-quality property damage restoration services in accordance with IICRC industry standards. This position plays a critical role in the customer experience by performing mitigation tasks with urgency and professionalism while keeping clients informed throughout the restoration process. As a direct representative of Serv Pro Team Landers in the field, the Mitigation Laborer upholds the company's commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement on every project.

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
