Overview:

The Service Technicianperformstasksandrespondtoahighvolumeofrepairandmaintenanceworkordersrangingfromminorhandymantyperepairstomediumcommercialrenovationprojects .The Services Techniciancanworkindependentlywithminimalsupervisionandhaveavarietyofconstructionskillsets ,includingbutnotlimitedto,basic electrical,plumbing,carpentry,flooring,acoustical ceilings,and drywall.

The Service Technicianisthefirstimpressionof JGandmusthavestrongfocusondeliveringapositiveexperiencetothecustomerandcontinualimprovementforthecustomersexperienceandsatisfaction.

Job Functions:

Performsminorequipmentandbuildingrepairs.

Servicesworkordersatavarietyoflocations.

Respondstopriorityservicecallswhichcanposeurgentsafetyconcernsforcustomers,jurisdictional shutdowns.

Responsiblefordailyupdates,logginginformationrequiredforstorevisitsandtimesonsite.

Uploadingphotosofexistingconditionsandworkcompleted.

Assistinupdatedfacilityrecordsatthestore/customerlocationlevelbysubmittingallrequiredpaperorutilizingcustomerportalsystemsforlogsandcheck-ins.

Responsible for Vehicle Maintenance and Parts Inventory .

Travelsfrequentlytodifferentsitestocompleterequiredtasks.

Maintainspersonalinventory.

ResponsibleforyourselfandteammatesforworkingsafelyandadheringtoallcompanysafetypoliciesaboveandbeyondOSHArequirements.

Qualification&

Experience:

Minimum3yearswithrelated Service Technician experience .

Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.

Musthaveaflexiblescheduleandworksomenightsandsweekendsasneeded.

Abilitytointeractwellwithadiversegroupofclients.

Musthaveastrongcustomerservicementality.

Positive attitude,enthusiasmandpersistence.

Possessthevehiclesandtoolsrequiredtoperformjobfunctions.

Diligentlyconsiderscostsandbenefitsoftheworkbeingperformed.

Proficientwithcomputersand Microsoftofficesuite.

Demonstratesattentiontodetail,creative problem-solvingandanalyticalskills.

Self-motivatedindividualandworkswellindependently.

Mustpossessorobtainanappropriatestatedriverslicensebeforeemploymentalongwithacleandrivingrecordandreliabletransportation.
