Delivery Specialist - Hub

Compensation Pay Range

$16.90 - $24.90 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums that may be paid at specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution center safely and efficiently.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center.
• Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route and deliver to the appropriate store.
• Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
• Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure.
• Be familiar with accident report guidelines and report vehicle maintenance needs immediately.
• Ensure the designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest.
• Deliver according to set schedule and report any delays to the city delivery supervisor and/or remaining stores on route.
• Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations.
• Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating vehicle each day.
• Ensure the fuel tank is filled, lock and secure the vehicle at the end of the day.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18-point record system.

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
