Communicate daily via email with outbound carriers to provide shipment schedules and equipment needs;
Deliver essential information to site personnel using various communication channels to ensure operational requirements are met;
Receive and direct drivers for outbound shipments, ensuring efficient dock coordination;
Use the warehouse management system to accurately open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading for outbound freight;
Maintain accurate seals and logs, and update the load board with shipment statuses
