Are you passionate about fast-paced work and want to make a real impact every day? We're looking for motivated, safety-minded professionals to join our warehouse team as a Forklift Operator II. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for moving and managing merchandise with multiple types of advanced equipment, making a difference in the smooth functioning of our operations.

** Forklift Operator II - Reach Replenishment*
* ** Pay:**  $23.00 per hour

** Shift:
** First Shift

** Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.

-2:30 p.m.

** Overtime:
** Required when requested

** Position Summary*
* The Forklift Operator II safely and efficiently operates material-handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The operator may also perform order-filling or order-checking duties as needed.

Candidates must have experience working in a rack-warehouse environment and be able to operate at least three of the following:

+ Reach truck

+ Stand-up forklift

+ Sit-down forklift

+ Cherry picker/order picker

+ Clamp truck

Forklift certification on at least three types of equipment is required. Equipment operation will account for 50% or more of the workday.

** Essential Responsibilities*
* + Stack and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.

+ Safely unload inbound shipments and move products to storage areas.

+ Pull, pick, and prepare products for shipment.

+ Verify that the correct products and quantities are loaded and shipped.

+ Move merchandise between staging, storage, and trailer areas.

+ Complete equipment inspections before operating machinery.

+ Use RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy.

+ Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.

+ Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and stock rotation.

+ Follow all safety procedures and promptly report safety concerns.

** Qualifications*
* + At least one year of forklift or warehouse distribution equipment experience.

+ Forklift certification on at least three types of equipment.

+ Reach replenishment and rack-warehouse experience.

+ RF scanner experience.

+ Basic Microsoft Excel, computer, and math skills.

+ Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

+ High school diploma or GED preferred.

+ Ability to lift or pull up to 50 pounds.

+ Ability to stand or walk for up to 10-12 hours.

+ Ability to bend, lift, stretch, and reach frequently.

+ Ability to work in varying noise, lighting, and temperature conditions.

+ Availability to work extended hours, overtime, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

** Qualified candidates must successfully complete an equipment evaluation and certification.*
