Are you passionate about fast-paced work and want to make a real impact every day? We're looking for motivated, safety-minded professionals to join our warehouse team as a Forklift Operator II. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for moving and managing merchandise with multiple types of advanced equipment, making a difference in the smooth functioning of our operations.
Forklift Operator II – Reach Replenishment Pay: $23.00 per hour
Shift: First Shift
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Overtime:

Position Summary
The Forklift Operator II safely and efficiently operates material-handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The operator may also perform order-filling or order-checking duties as needed. Candidates must have experience working in a rack-warehouse environment and be able to operate at least three of the following:
- Reach truck
- Stand-up forklift
- Sit-down forklift
- Cherry picker/order picker
- Clamp truck
Forklift certification on at least three types of equipment is required. Equipment operation will account for 50% or more of the workday. Essential Responsibilities
- Stack and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Safely unload inbound shipments and move products to storage areas.
- Pull, pick, and prepare products for shipment.
- Verify that the correct products and quantities are loaded and shipped.
- Move merchandise between staging, storage, and trailer areas.
- Complete equipment inspections before operating machinery.
- Use RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and stock rotation.
- Follow all safety procedures and promptly report safety concerns.
Qualifications
- At least one year of forklift or warehouse distribution equipment experience.
- Forklift certification on at least three types of equipment.
- Reach replenishment and rack-warehouse experience.
- RF scanner experience.
- Basic Microsoft Excel, computer, and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 10–12 hours.
- Ability to bend, lift, stretch, and reach frequently.
- Ability to work in varying noise, lighting, and temperature conditions.
- Availability to work extended hours, overtime, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Qualified candidates must successfully complete an equipment evaluation and certification.
