• Perform inventory cycle counts at multiple warehouse locations
• Type detailed information into database
• Read and interpret documents (i.e., invoices, shipping labels, BOL’s, etc…)
• Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in the company database
• Generate data reports on a periodic basis for management and customers
• Maintain logs and databases for inventory accuracy
• Create and update warehouse mapping system
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for inbound/receiving inventory
• Communicate with cross‑functional teams
• Perform general office administrative and customer service duties
• WILL PROVIDE TRAINING

• Computer and technical savvy with experience in computer software
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• 2+ years in inventory or cycle counting or related field
• Reliable form of transportation; some travel required
• Open schedule; some Saturdays shifts and/or overtime may be required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Willingness to help in all aspects/ departments
• Drone pilot or forklift operating is a plus (not required)

Monday – Friday (Some Saturday shift required/Sliding shift schedule). 8 Hour Shift (Some overtime required).
