Manager, SC Operations - 2nd Shift

2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

• Annual salary range: $84,319 – $108,000 per year (California only)

• Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Demonstrate an understanding of GXO’s quality policies; establish procedures for maintaining quality objectives.
• Provide guidance to supervisors regarding personnel, quality, and safety.
• Hire, train, develop, and appraise staff effectively.
• Recommend programs to improve operations.
• Handle equipment and coordinate all maintenance needs with the maintenance team.
• Ensure records are maintained appropriately and reports are completed in a timely manner.
• Adhere to and enforce all safe work practices, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other relevant standards.

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime and weekends.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience.
• Experience in warehousing or third‑party logistics (3PL).
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing safety procedures across all departments.
• Strong problem‑solving techniques and statistical analysis skills.

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Reach (including above head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
