Our field crews can't build anything if the warehouse isn't running right. Material staged wrong, a tool that never made it on the truck, PPE that isn't ready — every one of those costs a crew hours on a live jobsite.
This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role with a small team and real ownership of how the warehouse runs. You'll see the direct result of your work every morning when everything roll out on time.
We're looking for someone dependable who works safely, communicates clearly, and takes pride in a well-organized yard.
What You'll Do- Load and unload trucks and deliveries.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Prior experience is a plus.
- Receive, sort, and stage shipments; stage tools, consumables, and PPE for field crews.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and material records.
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and free of hazards; follow all site safety rules and report hazards immediately.
- Support cycle counts, returns, and tool repair tracking.
- Drive a company vehicle to transport materials and tools between the warehouse and active jobsites/yards.
- High school diploma or GED,
or equivalent practical work experience. - Ability to read and follow written work orders, safety documentation, and material labels.
- A consistent, dependable attendance record and the ability to communicate clearly with crews and supervisors.
- Commitment to working safely and to speaking up when something isn't safe.
- Pick up new technology and software quickly with minimal hand-holding.
- A valid driver's license
Nice to have: Prior warehouse, distribution, construction, or electrical material experience; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.
