LTL- General Labor

Responsibilities Assist in loading and unloading freight from trucks and containers.

Sort and organize packages for efficient processing.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Participate in training sessions and follow company policies.

Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a warehouse or labor-intensive role is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Basic understanding of safety practices in a warehouse environment.
