Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off) AND Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)

We're hiring a Warehouse Baler / Recycling Associate to support operations inside a high-volume transportation and logistics hub
. This is a critical role focused on sustainability, organization, and efficiency helping manage recyclable materials and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

• Operate a baler to compact cardboard and plastic materials
• Use a pallet jack to transport recyclable materials throughout the facility
• Break down and cut cardboard bins to prepare them for baling
• Move completed bales to designated storage or pickup areas
• Assist with keeping assigned warehouse areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Support overall warehouse flow by maintaining recycling stations

• Ability to stand and stay active 100% of the shift
• Comfortable performing physical, repetitive tasks
• Experience using a pallet jack (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
