We are hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a busy manufacturing facility in Chino. The ideal Shipping & Receiving Coordinator has hands‑on experience with freight, inventory, shipping documentation, and day‑to‑day warehouse logistics.
Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Responsibilities- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Schedule LTL, FTL, parcel, and other freight carriers
- Prepare and review BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels, and freight paperwork
- Track shipments and follow up on delivery status
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records
- Research shortages, overages, damages, and inventory discrepancies
- Obtain freight quotes and coordinate transportation
- Communicate with carriers, customers, vendors, and internal departments
- Assist with freight claims and delivery issues
- Help coordinate daily shipping and receiving workload
- Support warehouse safety and organization
- 3+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience
- Experience with freight carriers and shipping documentation
- Knowledge of BOLs, LTL and FTL shipments
- Strong inventory and order-tracking skills
- ERP system experience preferred
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $25–$27/hour DOE
