Receptionist (Evening/Weekend – Part-Time)
Chippewa Manor is looking for an energetic, friendly and professional individual to fill an important role on our team. Your primary duties will include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and directing clients, visitors and family members, and performing light office work using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and provide customer service to visitors.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e‑mail, and mail.
- Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provide information by answering internal and external questions and requests.
- Greet and direct clients, visitors, and family members.
Hours:
One to two evenings per week (4:30 – 8:00 pm) and every other weekend (10 am – 6 pm), plus every other holiday. Compensation is hourly, based on qualifications and experience, and paid twice monthly.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
- Previous business office or administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude.
- Organized, responsible, energetic and friendly.
- Exercise judgment and discretion in all matters.
- Communicate concisely and effectively to people of all ages.
- Work independently or in partnership with others.
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds and push up to 250 pounds in a wheelchair.
- Stand, sit, bend, and squat daily.
- Knowledge of business filing standards.
- Abide by HIPAA regulations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and communication technologies.
- Ability to use and support technical and digital communication tools.
