Member Account Representative - CFS (40 hours)

Royal Credit Union seeks a dedicated Member Account Representative to greet Members and visitors, process transactions, open accounts, and promote financial solutions.

• Greet and welcome Members and visitors to the office.
• Accurately process Member transactions as requested.
• Open new accounts, unsecured loans, credit cards and kwik cash loans.
• May be required to work at other office locations.
• Actively build relationships by meeting Member needs with Royal’s products and services.
• Provide electronic service demonstrations and resolve any Member inquiries efficiently, accurately, and friendly.
• Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives by providing exceptional service guided by Royal’s Core Values.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Working knowledge of financial services and ability to identify solutions to meet financial needs for Members.
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective interviewing and listening skills.
• Good organizational skills, strong time management, and the ability to produce accurate, high‑quality materials and data entry.
• Readily learns new technologies and uses Royal’s digital solutions on tablets, smartphones, PCs, etc., with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Works productively in a team environment with high levels of interruption, performs routine tasks, and pays meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous customer service and cash‑handling experience.
• Previous experience working in a financial institution.

• Full‑time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Variable hours between 9:45 am – 6:15 pm Monday through Friday, plus a Saturday rotation 9:45 am – 2:15 pm.
• Must work fully onsite at the Chippewa Falls South Royal Credit Union branch location.

• Compensation: $20.05 – $22.46 per hour (candidates with significant related experience may be higher).

• Foundation Training at the Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday and Tuesday during the first week.
• Out‑of‑town learners reimbursed for travel and lodging costs.
• Additional 9 days of training split between Learning Center and Tactical Branch prior to independent service.
• Learning Center: classroom style via Zoom, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.
• Tactical Branch: hands‑on 1:1 training with an on‑job trainer for six days.
