Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Associate Project Coordinator performs all aspects of customer service functions in accordance with GNC service, quality, accuracy and efficiency standards. The Coordinator is the critical link between the customer, the account manager, account development, scheduling, fulfillment and the plant, and consistently handles daily operations.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required; post‑secondary education is preferred. 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer‑relations position, creating and processing customer orders, is required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
