We’re seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our client hospital-based rehabilitation team in Wisconsin

• Evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy: exercise, manual therapy, and mobility training.
• Provide patient and family education for lasting progress.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and other care providers to deliver seamless care.
• Document progress, outcomes, and adjust treatment as needed.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin (or eligibility prior to start).
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Prior hospital, inpatient, or acute care experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply).

Full-time, hospital-based role. Primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends/holidays.
