We’re seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our client hospital-based rehabilitation team in Wisconsin

- Evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy: exercise, manual therapy, and mobility training.
- Provide patient and family education for lasting progress.
- Partner with physicians, nurses, and other care providers to deliver seamless care.
- Document progress, outcomes, and adjust treatment as needed.
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin (or eligibility prior to start).
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Prior hospital, inpatient, or acute care experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply).
