We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part‑time, limited‑term virtual position. This role is responsible for providing high‑quality telehealth physical therapy services and supervising two Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with state practice acts and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who is organized, collaborative, and experienced in remote care delivery.

- Conduct virtual evaluations, re‑evaluations, and discharge assessments via telehealth
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of 2 PTAs
- Review and co‑sign PTA documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with state practice act, payer guidelines, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with patients, PTAs, interdisciplinary team members, and referring providers
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in WI
- Experience supervising PTAs
- Strong understanding of state supervision requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
