Business Analyst & Operations Lead

This hybrid role requires you to work 2 days per week from an HPE office and focuses on driving data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and workflow transformation across the organization.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and operational solutions, from data integration and transformation to reporting, automation, and AI-enabled productivity improvements.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into scalable data, reporting, and automation solutions.
• Embed AI into day‑to‑day workflows using Copilot, AI agents, and automation frameworks to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
• Continuously evaluate and apply emerging AI capabilities for self-service insights.
• Lead development of advanced Power BI dashboards and deliver executive‑ready insights.
• Drive workflow and tool modernization by designing and building automation solutions and system integrations with Power Automate, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• Administer SharePoint sites, establish a scalable information architecture, and enforce governance standards.
• Coordinate organizational reviews, maintain governance frameworks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate requirements, define scope and success criteria, manage dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in data analytics, business operations, or business analysis delivering scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to apply AI tools (Copilot, agents) to streamline workflows.
• Experience with workflow automation using Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Advanced analytics and reporting (Power BI, Excel, data modeling, KPIs).
• Deep expertise in SharePoint, Smartsheet, and SQL, including administration, governance, and data modeling.
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as JIRA, SFDC, SAP, SQL; experience with resource planning tools is a plus.

• Competitive salary range: USD 85,600–163,000 (Colorado); 81,500–187,500 (Minnesota, Texas, Wisconsin).
