Hourly Wage
ISS offers a competitive compensation package including benefits, paid time off, and a starting hourly salary of $27.00 per hour - $29.00 per hour.

Mon-Fri, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs and maintenance of all building departments, acting as the contact for emergency situations that affect ISS's ability to open for business. The technician also ensures safety for employees, asset security, and quality service to clients and team members daily.

• High school graduate, trade certification, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years’ work experience
• Understanding of facility operations
• Effective oral and written communication with employees, contractors, and vendors
• Self‑starter and team player
• Ability to prioritize and manage multifunctional tasks
• Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
• Ability to use standard powered and non‑powered tools
• Forklift qualified

• Assist with building maintenance and respond to emergencies on a 24‑hour basis
• Monitor and replace light bulbs in assigned facilities as needed
• Monitor contractor performance and work closely with outside vendors and contractors
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical work, determining when further attention is required
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by the Building Maintenance Supervisor

• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch/crawl, and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds
• Vision abilities include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines during peak periods
• Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, high or unsafe places, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, electrical shock, and vibration
• Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
• Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud
