Program Support Supervisor - DOC (Scheduling Supervisor)The Department of Corrections Bureau of Health Services is recruiting for a Program Support Supervisor - DOC (Scheduling Supervisor). This position can be headquartered at any of the locations below.
Potential headquartered locations- Chippewa Valley Treatment Facility in Chippewa Falls, WI
- Jackson Correctional Institution in Black River Falls, WI
- Stanley Correctional Institution in Stanley, WI
This position is responsible for the supervision of Medical Program Assistant staff within the Health Services Unit setting. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the day-to-day activities of Medical Program Assistant staff, including planning, organizing, scheduling, training and staff development. In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining Medical Program Assistant workflows and implementing and maintaining quality control measures.
Institutions that this position will cover are Stanley Correctional Institution, St. Croix Correctional Center, Jackson Correctional Institution, and Chippewa Valley Correctional Treatment Facility. Travel is required between institutions.
Salary InformationThis position is in pay schedule/range (81-04) with an annual salary of $50,980 - $81,536
, plus excellent benefits. Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire. A probationary period is required.

Travel is required between institutions.
QualificationsMinimally qualified applicants will have experience:
- Managing, leading, and/or overseeing the work of others (e.g., training, advising, reviewing work, etc.)
- Serving as a point of contact for patient scheduling
- Working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
