Overview

Join our dynamic team in Lake Hallie, WI, as a Press Brake Operator! We are looking for a skilled individual who is passionate about precision and quality in metal fabrication. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state‑of‑the‑art press brake machinery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine product requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and safety practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or metal fabrication is a plus.
  • Proven experience operating press brake machinery or similar equipment.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

2nd shift hours are Monday – Thursday from 3:30 pm – 2:00 am.
