Salary:
Base wage starts at $23.00 to $25.00

Hours:

9 am to 5 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Unpacking and sorting of incoming rework
• Load/Unload trucks
• Operate forklift
• Operate high lift
• Perform equipment maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Pack parts for shipment
• Assembly of small components
• Maintain overhead lighting in shop
• Maintain compressed air system and add new air lines as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma required.
• Manufacturing facility experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
• Ability to operate forklift with training
• Ability to operate high lift with training
• Purchase required tools in six months
• Consistently reliable attendance
• Willingness to work M-F 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Highly Preferred:

• Physical ability to operate and repair machines.
• Prolonged periods (up to 4 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and stretching in between breaks.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds at times.
• Demonstrated leadership skills & ability to multi-task.
• Machining skills acquired through work experience and training from Wissota Tool team.
• Improvement mindset

• Good oral and written communication skills
