** Position Overview*
* Alliance Plastics is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team as  
** Extrusion Machine Operators** . Whether you're experienced in manufacturing or looking to start a new career, you'll receive hands-on training in operating plastic extrusion equipment while working in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Alliance Plastics is known for its commitment to quality, safety, and employee development.

** What You'll Do*
* + Set up, operate, monitor, and shut down plastic extrusion production lines.

+ Load and mix raw materials for production.

+ Monitor product quality and make machine adjustments as needed.

+ Inspect products using calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.

+ Package, label, and palletize finished products.

+ Operate secondary fabrication equipment such as saws, drills, punches, and routers.

+ Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

+ Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

+ Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

+ Work overtime when production demands require it.

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or GED preferred.

+ Manufacturing experience is helpful but  
** not required*
* -training is provided.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

+ Basic math skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to read work instructions and use measuring tools.

+ Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Stand and walk for the duration of your shift.

+ Frequently bend, twist, reach, and lift.

+ Push or pull loaded pallet jacks and production materials.

+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
