Your part in our story:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician tends to production & plastics molding equipment such as: blow molding & injection molding machines, fillers, case packers, cappers, labelers, palletizers, and water processing equipment used for bottling water. This position will perform troubleshooting and repairs to equipment as needed.
Essential Duties:
Performs all repair tasks necessary to keep bottling lines operating efficiently
Troubleshoots all production and water processing equipment
Conducts maintenance on water processing equipment: distillers, reverse osmosis units, centrifugal pumps, etc.
Maintains safe and clean workshop, follows safety guidelines.
Tracks all performed equipment maintenance in Allen Bradley's FIIX Maintenance Management System.
Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment.
Repair and maintenance of equipment and building.
Conducts maintenance tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Equipment improvements are assigned during the technician's idle time including:
Fabrication, Electrical projects, and PLC Programming.
Must follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices. Work 5pm-5:10am on a 2-2-3 shift schedule:

About you preferred requirements for this role:
High School diploma or GED is required
Some manufacturing experience with a beverage, food or liquid consumer products manufacturer is preferred.
Prior knowledge of GMP's, sanitation standards and FDA requirements is helpful.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time 12 hour shifts.
Basic math skills are needed.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Good organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills oral and written.
