Panel Processing Department Leader

Spectrum Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-quality furniture and fixtures for educational and commercial environments, is seeking a dedicated team member to lead our Panel Processing Department. This department plays a key role in our CNC-driven manufacturing process.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Performs and assists with the production duties of the department

Understands and follows the work center schedule

Provides evaluative feedback on individual performance

Reports issues that cause the team's performance to be compromised

Provides training to both new and progressing team members

Creates and maintains a positive and cooperative work environment; assures that team member's ideas are both solicited and listened to

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Three to five years of related work experience (preferred) OR equivalent combination of education and experience
