Base wage starts at $23.00 to $25.00
HoursWissota currently operates under three different shifts; however, this position is for the 1st Shift. Hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

- Unpacking and sorting of incoming rework
- Load/Unload trucks
- Operate forklift
- Operate high lift
- Perform equipment maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Pack parts for shipment
- Assembly of small components
- Maintain overhead lighting in shop
- Maintain compressed air system and add new air lines as needed
- High School diploma required
- Manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment
- Ability to operate forklift with training
- Ability to operate high lift with training
- Purchase required tools in six months
- Consistently reliable attendance
- Willingness to work Monday‑Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Physical ability to operate and repair machines
- Prolonged periods (up to 4 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and stretching in between breaks
- Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds at times
- Demonstrated leadership skills & ability to multi‑task
- Machining skills acquired through work experience and training from Wissota Tool team
- Improvement mindset
