Job Overview

Electronic Assembly – Weekend Shift. This onsite role is based at an HPE office and requires a US Citizen. The position is a core Supply Chain & Operations role, working 36 hours per week (paid for 40) on the weekend shift from 6:00am to 6:30pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Perform varied and general manufacturing tasks, including testing, inspecting, advanced rack building, and assembly of components or systems.
• Use independent judgment to execute process-oriented tasks based on detailed documentation.
• Identify areas for process improvement, seek limited guidance for resolution, and support the training of new employees.
• Operate multiple machines and simultaneously support quality assurance.
• Control and use machinery and tools, select correct processes and programs, pull queries, and execute appropriate assignments.
• Assist with products well into the maturity life‑cycle and audit materials and builds for quality assurance.
• Coordinate tasks within a team and understand and execute to customer expectations, e.g., Customer to Order (CTO) expectations.

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience; 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Very strong mathematics and reading comprehension skills.
• Demonstrated physical capability (manual dexterity).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Strong multi-tasking ability and basic computer/software skills.
• Strong technical knowledge specific to the business function and segment.

• Shift time: 6:00am–6:30pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Onsite work in an HPE office.
• 36 hours per week (paid for 40 hours).
• US citizenship required.

Hourly rate USD 16.44 – 34.81 in Wisconsin. The listed salary range reflects base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.
