Illinois Tool Works - - Responsibilities:
Set up and cycle a variety of Plastic Injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment;
Make machine adjustments, including heat, injection pressure, and cycle times for a wide range of plastic engineering materials;
Set up and adjust assembly equipment, auxiliary equipment, and robots to achieve proper assembly, product containment, and packaging;
Troubleshoot molding problems and perform Root Cause Analysis of factors affecting product quality;
Identify Continuous Improvement ideas associated with daily duties and cell performance
