- Carry out staffing setup and operation of the high-speed bottling lines to meet production standards and customer expectations
- Support the Production Shift Supervisor and Shift Lead with training and development of production line personnel
- Perform basic machine operations, including stacking raw material, handling finished product cases, quality inspections, and minor machine adjustments
- Ensure training and orientation of production employees according to published Lesson Plans
- Oversee the production line to ensure quality products are produced safely
- Operate bottling line equipment and perform prescribed quality tests
- Maintain a safe and clean environment and follow safety guidelines
- Immediately report emergencies, injuries, and production incidents to the production supervisor
- Follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Some leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Some manufacturing experience with a beverage, food or liquid consumer products manufacturer is preferred
- Prior knowledge of GMP’s, sanitation standards and FDA requirements is helpful
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time – 12-hour shifts
- Basic math skills are needed
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills – oral and written
- Must be involved and committed to workplace safety
- Must follow established Good Manufacturing Practices
- Must work 5pm–5:10am on a 2-2-3 shift schedule
Demonstrates expertise in operating bottling line equipment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines. Capable of training and developing production personnel to ensure quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
