The Production Line Lead oversees the day-to-day execution of the production schedule on 1-2 production lines. Together with the Production Supervisor & Production Shift Lead, the Production Line Lead is responsible for training and coaching production staff on their assigned production line each shift. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work group that is focused on quality, customer service, people development, and producing products at the lowest possible cost.

Assist the Production Supervisor & Production Shift Lead in leading a team of 2-4 Production personnel. Through leadership that promotes putting people first, operating honestly, ethically, and promoting/advancing a strong team-oriented environment Fostering an inclusive and supportive environment through a feedback-driven workplace where every employee feels heard, valued, and empowered. Driving safety compliance for all employees by setting and enforcing safety guidelines (a company safety champion).

Provides hands-on safety training for all Production staff on their assigned line each shift. Together with the Production Supervisor & Production Shift Lead, motivates and delegates personnel in the assigned Production line for the applicable shift. This position requires 100% of time on the production floor supporting employees. As well as hands-on setup, training, and troubleshooting of all the packaging and production equipment.

Execute a multitude of packaging Quality Checks and document appropriately into the Food Safety and Quality Assurance software used by Premium Waters. Monitor the execution of all applicable quality checks by other personnel on their assigned production line each shift. Acquire in-depth knowledge of our automated packaging and manufacturing equipment. This position will require hands-on operation, training, and troubleshooting of the following equipment:
Molding equipment, fillers, labelers, cappers, case packers, and robotic palletizers. Have or acquire knowledge of GMP's, sanitation standards, and SQF & FDA requirements. Ensures all production staff for your assigned line follow key steps in quality and food safety processes. Ensuring the on-time delivery of our products to all our customers, as dictated by the production schedule. Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of their assigned production line each shift.

About you – preferred requirements for this role High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years Packaging or Manufacturing Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
