• Inspect finished components to confirm quality and adherence to requirements.
• Maintain a tidy, organized work area to support safety and flow.

• Conduct routine equipment maintenance to sustain optimal performance.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with grinding, deburring, or similar manufacturing work is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail; able to follow precise directions.
• Ability to work independently and contribute in a team setting.
