Take advantage of our Resident Assistant – CNA Training Program!

As a participant, you will start your healthcare career as a resident assistant and quickly transition to a certified nursing assistant, all while working in our assisted living residence.

We pay for your CNA class and testing fees, and pay you to attend the class that best fits your schedule.

How this program works
  • Apply to participate in the Resident Assistant – CNA Training Program.
  • Participate in a successful interview.
  • Start working as a resident assistant.
  • After three successful months working, sign up for a CNA class schedule that works with your schedule. Dove Healthcare covers all costs.
  • Participate in the 75‑hour CNA Class – we pay you to attend!
  • Take the state exam to obtain your Wisconsin Nurse Aide Certification.
  • Upon completing the CNA Class and passing the state exam, you will be eligible for a wage increase.

    Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED.
