You will be eligible for a $500 bonus after working as a CNA with us for six consecutive months.

• Apply for the CNA Trainee position.
• Participate in a successful interview.
• Sign the program agreement.
• Choose a CNA class (free) that works best for your schedule. We will assist you in signing up. You will get paid for each hour you complete of the 75-hour class.
• Take the state competency exam at no cost to you.
• Receive a $500 bonus after six consecutive months of work as a CNA at one of our participating Dove Healthcare locations.

• Get paid $1,125 for your attendance in the CNA class (plus your class and testing fees are also paid for - there is no cost to you).
• Start as a CNA and advance up our career ladder to a medication aide, LPN, RN, or management.
