Registered Nurse

• Provide education on peritoneal dialysis to patients and care partners in a clinical setting
• Train patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-care
• Independently manage a caseload of PD patients
• Perform patient assessments and care planning
• Monitor treatment progress
• Conduct home visits
• Provide on-call support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
• Enable patients to perform dialysis independently at home
• Manage the complete ongoing care of each patient

• RN license in the state of practice
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Dialysis experience preferred, including PD, HHD, chronic, or acute
• Patient education or teaching background preferred
• Case management or telehealth experience preferred
• CNN or CDN certification preferred
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Ability to conduct home visits and provide on-call support
